ISO22301 Business Continuity Management System Implementer

Module 1

This ISO 22301 fundamental is also Module 1 of the BCM-300/BCM-5000 course. If taken separately, this package is ideal for a new BCM practitioner who would like to know the end-to-end process of starting a BCM plan for their organisation and maintaining it once it has been implemented through online learning.

Module 2

This segment of the course provides the participants with hands-on experience using a customized Risk Analysis and Review template, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Strategy, Business Continuity Plan, and Testing and Exercising. The concepts taught in Module 1 are put into practice in this segment of the course. Participants are also taught how to process, analyze, and interpret the data collected using the template provided.

Module 3

You can explore your role as BCM manager for the organization. An in-depth explanation of RAR, BIA, BCS, and BC Plan and how they relate to engaging their team, as well as fundamental knowledge of crisis management and command centre management, will be explored.

This would expose you to presenting on RAR, BIA, BCS, and BC Plan and how they relate to an organization’s BCM. The presentation would be a mock-up of the “senior management” and “BCM steering committee.”

Module 4

Participants are tasked with consolidating their RAR, BIA, BCS reports, and BC plans and explaining how they relate to an organisation’s BCM. The presentation will be a mock-up for senior management (facilitator) and the BCM steering committee (your fellow participants).

In-depth knowledge of how to seek management approval for the RAR, BIA, BCS and BC Plan phases.  This includes engaging their management and business units’ heads.  Crisis management and communication integration are crucial for completing this advanced-level training.  Managing a corporate-level crisis and command centre management would be explored.

Module 4

Participants are tasked with consolidating their RAR, BIA, BCS reports, and BC plans and explaining how they relate to an organisation’s BCM. The presentation will be a mock-up for senior management (facilitator) and the BCM steering committee (your fellow participants).

This course combines these two (2) courses taken as a whole BCM-5000 course (BCM-300 is online & BCM-400 is online or onsite).

Tips and best practices for preparing and conducting awareness and training programs are also part of the curriculum.
